A year that has been up and down ..... and i have not had the inspiration to keep my journal.... so now almost 6 months later i have decided to try again.. the past few months have been extremely difficult and are still so .. but there is a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel and I must make my way towards it despite how I feel for not to would be to sink into the blackness that threatens to envelope me at times..
